Magsika Studio was formed in response to the high unemployment rate contributed by vocational high school graduates in Indonesia, due to the mismatch between the skills taught and the needs of the job market. As a creative incubator, Magsika Studio focuses on developing practical skills and good personal abilities. This studio aims to build every generation of Indonesia to have relevant skills and be ready to compete in the global workforce.
Hi, my name is Ivo Febrian, and I'm a graduate of SMK in Indonesia. I don't come from a wealthy background, but that is what inspired me to change my life. I started without any skills, but that realization pushed me to learn and grow, both in competence and personally.
Through hard work and guidance from experienced mentors, Magsika Studio was born. We are committed to sharing knowledge with our ideological brothers and sisters, helping them surpass their own limitations to become better individuals and more competent professionals.
