1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using the services provided by Magsika Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

Magsika Studio provides professional creative services including but not limited to:

  • 3D modeling
  • 3D character & mascot design
  • 3D animation
  • Game assets
  • 3D printable models
  • Other custom digital creative services 
     

All services are custom-made based on client requirements. The project scope, deliverables, timeline, and revisions will be defined in the order details, proposal, or written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and complete project requirements, references, and materials.
  • Respond in a timely manner to feedback and approvals.
  • Ensure they have the legal right to use any materials, logos, or references provided.
  • Not use Magsika Studio’s work for unlawful, unethical, or infringing purposes.
     

Delays caused by missing or unclear information may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in the selected currency at checkout.
  • Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, depending on the service.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the project has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Any additional work outside the original scope may require additional charges.
     

For international clients, transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the client.

5. Revisions Policy

  • Each service includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the product or agreement.
  • Revisions apply only to adjustments based on the approved concept.
  • Major changes, new concepts, or changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new order or billed separately.

6. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
  • Final files will be delivered digitally via email, cloud link, or platform agreed upon.
  • Magsika Studio is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, technical issues, or third-party services

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the final delivered work, unless otherwise stated.
  • Magsika Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, and promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project starts.
  • Source files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a possible partial refund.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has started or milestones have been approved.
  • Magsika Studio reserves the right to terminate a project if these terms are violated, with no obligation to refund completed work.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Each service includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the product or agreement.
  • Revisions apply only to adjustments based on the approved concept.
  • Major changes, new concepts, or changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new order or billed separately.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or services to deliver our work.
Magsika Studio is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

Magsika Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
